Using specialty expertise as an Information Technology Program Manager/Specialist, the individual performs a combination of some or all of the following duties. More specific duties, as determined by management and organizational needs, will be reflected in the individual’s performance plan. This position includes individuals who manage, supervise, administer, lead, advise on, or perform work that involves the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software.
